JCHS Graduation 2019

***Update*** As a result of forecasted inclement weather, JCHS will hold graduation events indoors.

All graduates, those designated with handicap bands and patrons with mobility issues will enter through the main entrance by the blue jay. All other patrons will enter through the east doors near the band room.

JUNCTION CITY, KAN. – Three hundred and thirteen students from the Junction City High School will take steps across the graduation stage and into their future endeavors on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at 7:00 PM. The graduation ceremony, the 144th of its kind at JCHS, will welcome the Class of 2019 into a large group of alumni and celebrate their academic achievement and high school experience.

The ceremony, which will be held at the Al Simple Stadium, is open to the public. Inclement weather plans could be put into place.

If the ceremony is held indoors as a result of inclement weather an announcement will be made ahead of the event. Attendees will be able to watch the indoor graduation ceremony from the Shenk Gymnasium, where the stage will be located, or from the high school auditorium, where the event will be displayed via a live broadcast.
