“Order Up!” JCHS Culinary Arts students participated in a fun (and tasty) Food Truck event this week. Students broke into small groups to create their own Food “Truck” station. Each station had a clever name, theme, and delicious street-style food. The menu for the event included loaded fries, tacos, wings, and mini deserts! This activity not only gave students an opportunity to showcase their culinary talents and creativity, but also gave them a glimpse of what it might be like to work in a restaurant setting and with a team.
