They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but with the recipe you’re going to want more than just one!
Cinnamon Apple Chips
- 4 apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar
- cooking spray
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
Core and thinly slice apples. Place on metal baking sheet sprayed with oil.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar evenly over apple slices.
Bake until apples are dried and edges are curled up (about 45 minutes to an hour). Option to flip apples halfway through.
Using a spatula, place apples on cooling rack until crispy.
